pk65 Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1.Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register and use pk65, you must be at least 18 years of age. pk65 is strictly an adult entertainment platform and access by anyone under 18 is not permitted under any circumstances. By completing the registration process, you are confirming that you meet this age requirement and that all information you have provided is accurate and truthful.

pk65 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point to confirm age and identity. If you are unable to provide satisfactory verification, your account may be restricted or closed and any balance may be held pending review. This is not a punitive measure — it is a standard part of how responsible gaming platforms operate to protect minors and ensure the platform is used only by eligible adults.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of pk65 is permitted in your jurisdiction. pk65 does not make any representation regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific location. You access and use the platform entirely at your own discretion and risk.

2.Account Registration and Responsibilities

Each individual may open only one account on pk65. Duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity details, the same mobile number, the same payment method or different details that pk65 identifies as belonging to the same individual — are a breach of these Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts may be closed and any balance in those accounts may be forfeited.

When registering your pk65 account, you are required to provide your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, your CNIC number and any other details requested during the registration process. All details submitted must be accurate. Providing false information during registration — including using someone else's identity — is a serious breach of these Terms and is grounds for immediate account closure.

Your Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk65 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone else or allow any other person to access your account. Any activity that takes place through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally initiated it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact pk65 support immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your pk65 account that you do not use elsewhere.
• Never share your login details with family members, friends or anyone else.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to pk65 support without delay.

pk65 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you receive a message claiming to be from pk65 and asking for your login details, treat it as fraudulent and do not respond.

3.Deposits and Payment Methods

pk65 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment source.

Supported deposit methods on pk65 include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and standard debit or credit cards. These methods are available for both deposits and withdrawals. The same mobile number linked to your pk65 account should be the number registered with your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your pk65 wallet quickly once the transaction is confirmed on your mobile wallet end. Bank Transfer and Raast deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. pk65 is not responsible for delays originating from third-party payment processors or mobile network providers.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are shown during the deposit process.
• pk65 does not apply conversion fees — your PKR deposit arrives in your wallet as PKR.
• If a deposit is not reflected after a reasonable wait, contact pk65 support with your transaction reference number.
• Chargebacks or reversal s initiated through your bank or mobile wallet without first contacting pk65 support are a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

4.Withdrawals

Withdrawals on pk65 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit or the primary payment method linked to your registered mobile number. pk65 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, pk65 may require you to complete an identity verification step. This involves confirming your CNIC details and may include submission of a copy of your CNIC. This is a standard process to protect both you and the platform and applies to all players regardless of account history.

Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed faster than Bank Transfer withdrawals. During periods of high volume or for larger withdrawal amounts, additional review time may apply. pk65 will communicate any delays or additional requirements to you through your registered contact details.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are visible during the withdrawal process in your account.
• Withdrawals are subject to verification that any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses have been met.
• pk65 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal at its discretion.
• Withdrawals to methods not used for deposit will require additional verification and may take longer to process.

5.Betting and Gaming Rules

pk65 offers five game categories: Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slot Games, Fish Games and Bingo. Each category has its own specific rules that apply to how bets are placed, how results are determined and how winnings are calculated. The rules for each game or market are displayed within that section of the platform and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Sports Betting

All bets placed on the pk65 sports betting section — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports — are final once confirmed. Once a bet slip is accepted and a bet ID is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended. Odds are displayed in real time and the odds shown at the point of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.

In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or rescheduled, pk65 will apply the relevant void or settlement rules for that sport, as displayed in the betting section. Cricket matches affected by rain, pitch issues or other interruptions will be settled according to the rules applicable to that format (T20, ODI, Test) as displayed at the time of betting.

Live Casino, Slots, Fish Games and Bingo

Games in these categories use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer outcomes. pk65 does not influence game results and outcomes are determined independently of any player's account status, balance or betting history. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and specific game rules are available within each game.

• Bets below the table or game minimum are not accepted.
• Technical failures during a live game session will be handled according to the individual game provider's rules — incomplete rounds affected by a verified technical failure are typically voided.
• Any attempt to exploit game mechanics, use software to gain an unfair advantage or collude with other players is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of any winnings.

6.Bonuses and Promotions

pk65 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, game restrictions and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and must be read before accepting any bonus.

General rules that apply to all pk65 bonuses and promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. A player may not be eligible for a promotion if they have previously claimed the same type of offer or if their account does not meet the specified conditions.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms.

7.Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use pk65 for personal entertainment purposes only. The following are prohibited and may result in account suspension, termination and forfeiture of any balance or winnings:

• Registering more than one account on pk65 under any circumstances.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information at any point — during registration, verification or in communications with support.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software or any technical means to interact with the pk65 platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage or places bets without direct human action.
• Attempting to access any part of the pk65 platform that you are not authorised to access.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute or resell any part of the pk65 platform or its content.
• Using pk65 for any money-laundering activity. All deposits and withdrawals are monitored and pk65 cooperates with appropriate authorities where suspicious financial activity is identified.
• Colluding with other players in any game category to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour directed at pk65 support staff or other platform users.

pk65 operates with the expectation that all players engage with the platform honestly and in good faith. Where pk65 identifies behaviour that falls outside what these Terms permit, action will be taken proportionate to the severity of the breach.

8.Responsible Gaming

pk65 is an entertainment platform. Gaming involves financial risk and outcomes cannot be predicted or guaranteed. It is possible to lose money on pk65 and you should only ever use funds that you can genuinely afford to spend on entertainment without affecting your financial obligations or wellbeing.

pk65 provides tools to help you manage your gaming activity. These include deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. • Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week or month from your account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Set alerts that notify you of how long you have been playing in a session.
• Self-Exclusion: If you need a complete break from gaming, you can self-exclude your account for a defined period. During self-exclusion, your account will be inaccessible for gaming purposes.

9.Account Suspension and Termination

pk65 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its discretion, including where there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, identity concerns or behaviour that pk65 considers harmful to the platform or other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pk65 will communicate with the account holder through their registered contact details. If the investigation resolves in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any held funds returned. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the account may be closed permanently and any balance may be forfeited in part or in full, depending on the nature of the breach.

You also have the right to close your pk65 account at any time. To do so, contact pk65 support. Any remaining PKR balance that is not subject to active wagering requirements or ongoing review will be returned to your registered payment method after your final withdrawal request is processed.

10.Changes to These Terms and Conditions

pk65 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk65 will notify registered players through the contact details held on their account — typically via the mobile number registered at sign-up — and will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the pk65 platform after updated Terms have been published and notified constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes made to these Terms, you should stop using pk65 and close your account by contacting support.
